Another Birthday Card

Today I’m sharing another birthday card, this time featuring Mama Elephant “Pix’s Favorites” stamp set. These bunnies are so sweet, aren’t they?

The design of this card is really simple. I stamped the bunnies on Bristol paper using VersaFine onyx black ink, colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers, added some details to the dresses with a white gel pen and fussy cut them. Then I used Lawn Fawn “Puffy stars” dies to cut three stars from white cardstock and three from vellum. I blended Fossilized Amber Distress ink on the cardstock stars and sprayed some Perfect Pearls mixed with water on the vellum ones.

I made the sentiment using Lawn Fawn “Harold’s abc” stamp set, stamping it on a black cardstock banner using VersaMark ink and heat embossing it with white embossing powder. “Zorionak” is what we say in Basque to wish happy birthday.

I glued the vellum stars to the cardstock ones and next adhered the bunnies. Then, I glued everything to a card base. Finally, I added Glossy Accents to the heart for a shiny touch.

I wasn’t sure about that simple design, but in the end I think I like it. I hope you like it too!!

Thanks for stoping by!
